Role Summary
As the AI Program Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the “Putting AI to Work” program. The role requires a balance of technical skills and project management expertise to coordinate efforts between technical teams, business stakeholders and program participants. Candidates with hands-on AI project experience, a strong record of managing AI initiatives and the ability to navigate complex technical issues while working with cross-functional teams will excel in this role.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & AI Implementation:
- Oversee the design, development and deployment of AI-based solutions, providing technical guidance throughout the process.
- Serve as a mentor to program participants, assisting with challenges related to AI implementation, including data management, model training, testing and deployment.
- Ensure AI solutions are aligned with business needs and are technically sound, offering tailored recommendations to meet individual participant goals.
- Keep up with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate cutting-edge technologies into program strategies.
2. Program Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison for participants and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements, timelines and delivery expectations.
- Lead educational workshops and training sessions to enhance participants’ technical understanding of AI concepts and implementations.
- Develop and present weekly updates to stakeholders, detailing progress, risks and outcomes to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate cooperation among participants, industry experts and program stakeholders to ensure the success of AI project deliveries.
3. Project Management & Strategic Innovation:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery while meeting success criteria defined by the program.
- Apply advanced project management techniques to oversee multiple AI initiatives concurrently, addressing both technical and business-related concerns.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the program by aligning AI innovation with participant goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the CDL team to ensure cohesive and integrated program delivery.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive working environment, encouraging knowledge-sharing and professional development among participants and team members.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide insights regarding technical progress and operational tasks.
Core Qualifications
1. AI Expertise:
- A minimum of five years of experience in AI project delivery, either in a technical role (e.g., Machine Learning Engineer) or in a related capacity (e.g., Technical Product/Program Manager).
- Proficiency in various AI/ML tools and platforms, such as OpenAI GPT Builder, LangChain, SageMaker and TensorFlow, is essential.
2. Program Management:
- Proven success in managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders, particularly AI projects in enterprise environments.
3. Leadership & Mentorship:
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring non-technical stakeholders through AI implementation challenges.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business executives effectively.
5. Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on translating business needs into actionable AI solutions.
- Experience in managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and AI pilots within enterprise-level organizations.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
