Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Solutions Architect, you will take on a dynamic and multifaceted role including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Design and Analysis of Solutions
Translate clients’ current systems, spreadsheets and unique business challenges into cohesive, well-architected solutions using the Vena platform.
Evaluate and analyze existing processes to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to business needs.
Advisory Role
Serve as a trusted advisor and domain expert to clients, guiding them on change management, redesigning business processes, identifying process improvements and integrating advanced analytics.
Provide expert advice on financial planning and analytics (FP&A) and corporate performance management (CPM).
Oversight of Large-Scale Implementations
Act as the subject matter expert for the architecture and product aspects of significant implementation projects, ensuring that the best practices and optimal solutions are employed.
Modify existing client solutions to include performance enhancements, expanded scope or new functionalities.
Customer Success and Satisfaction

Facilitation and Discovery

Team Enablement
Conduct internal training sessions to enhance the professional services team’s knowledge of the Vena platform, best practices and domain expertise.
Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Internal Projects and Initiatives
Contribute to internal projects including pilot implementations, test cases and the provision of product feedback to the development team.
Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at refining internal processes or developing new service offerings.
